Try this effective herbal tea for digestion problems
Most people’s digestive system is overstressed because we all tend to eat and drink too often, too much and too many different foods, some of them not particularly good for us. Conversely, since human beings are complete entities consisting of mind, soul and body, extreme pressure of a nervous or psychological nature will affect the digestion in a negative way.
- Angelica Root 20 gms
- Calamus 20 gms
- Melissa Leaves 10 gms
- Strawberry Leaves 10 gms
- Water 250 ml
- A bottle of Stomachic 1 tincture or a bottle of Hepatic tincture
Add a heaping teaspoon of this mixture to the boiling water, cover the pot and allow the tea to steep for 15 minutes. Drink a cup of this tea after lunch and another after dinner. As for the spagyrics use them as follow :
- If nervousness affect your stomach and you tend to experience the typical symptoms of tension, such as burping, nausea or a disagreeable pressure on the stomach, add to your tea 7 to 10 drops of Stomachic and drink each cup after meals.
- If your problem is bloating and constipation, it is better to take Hepatic, which will address the symptoms through the liver and gallbladder.
If you wish, you can start with 10 drops per cup twice a day and increase it to 15 drops over time. You can remain on this digestive therapy for a maximum of 6 weeks. Make your tea fresh each day.
